Who Needs Modern Technology

I love my stove top pressure cooker, no programming not much that can go wrong and really simple to use. You can use cheaper cuts of meat and they come out as tender as the most expensive. It’s quick too, this joint took 35 minutes with 10 minutes prep.

All that is in this is Beef joint, 1/2 a Swede, 1 Onion and a pack of green bean with about 500-750ml beef stock.

Bring it up to pressure turn down the heat and cook under pressure for 35 mins. Turn off heat and allow to depressurise on its own. Then serve.

This will do for 2 nights, tomorrow with cabbage and Low Carb Yorkshire Pudding
