I love blue cheese and Danish Blue is a reasonably priced very tasty one, around £1.20 in most supermarkets. This dressing is great on salads or with steak or with both, it can also be used as a dip but you would probably need to make it a little thicker.

BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
250ml/1 Cup Sour Cream not low fat
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
40-60ml/1/8-1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar (adjust according to taste)
60ml/1/4 Cup Mayonnaise (low carb)
125ml/1/2 Cup Olive Oil
100-120g/1 Cup Danish Blue Cheese Crumbled, I like a lot
1 tsp Garlic Powder mashed up
Salt and pepper to taste
Add all of the ingredients, except cheese, to a bowl
Mix well
Crumble blue cheese, making sure you don’t have any large lumps, stir into mix
Taste, adjust seasonings and taste again.
Put in the fridge for 10 minutes and taste again.
Store in airtight jar, it will keep in the fridge for around 5 days, if it lasts that long
Right after you make this it will taste very vinegary, give the flavours a chance to mature and the blue cheese flavour will come through.
