Wasn’t that hungry yesterday evening so tried the Baked Brie meal I had at The Cheese Bar in Camden. Mine kinda burst it’s seams and ended up looking a gooey mess, so I found a picture of what it should look like. It was really filling and had it with Low Carb Parmesan Crackers totally yummy.

BAKED BRIE

1 small round Brie, costs around £2.50 in supermarkets and serves 2.

Remove all packaging from Brie

Place Brie in oven proof dish

Bake for 15 minutes @ 175c/350f

Cut open hot Brie and dip with vegetable sticks or low carb crackers
