I LOVE SUMMER

So the sun was out again this weekend so it was bbq time again.

On the menu over 2 days:

Saturday

Chinese belly pork

Chicken, plain with salt and pepper

Sausages for my grandchildren

Sunday

Rump steak

Lamb chops

Hallumi skewers

Served with:

BLT slaw

Cucumber

Hummus

Tzatziki

Feta, yoghurt and mint dip

Pictured pork and sausages.

A great way to finish the half term break.
