I put this on the QUICK TWO INGREDIENT CHOCOLATE CAKE I made last night. Tastes good

Chocolate Buttercream

125g/1/2 cup butter softened, 1 stick

65g/1/2 cup Powdered sweetener of choice

45g/1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

unsweetened almond or coconut milk as needed, add a little at a time and mix in.

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp stevia or monk fruit powder, or a few drops of liquid Stevia

Cream butter with electric mixer.

Add powdered sweetener and cocoa powder and beat well until fully combined.

Add unsweetened milk a little at a time while beating until desired consistency is reached.

Mix in vanilla and stevia, adjust Stevia to get desired sweetness.


Carbohydrates 1.4g

Fibre 0.8g
