GREEN SMOOTHIE BREAKFAST

They are not the prettiest of things but they can be tasty and filling.

My Green Smoothie

1/2-1 banana, depending on how low you want the carbs and how thick you want it or you could use 1/2 an avocado
1 large handful of spinach or kale, too much and that is all you'll taste
1 apple
1/2 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp vanilla paste/extract
Water to max level on bullets large cup

Chuck all ingredients in large bullet cup then wiz until smooth, chill in fridge, enjoy.
