Made these last night, not in an instant pot but I followed the instructions for the oven. from Beautyandthefoodie website
The only different thing I did was I baked them in a water bath for about 18-19 minutes.
Closest I’ve ever got to a perfect chocolate fondant/lava cake. Close to the one I ate at a Michelin starred restaurant.
Think I’ll have to get bigger ramekins as I got 6 from this mixture with lots left over.
Made them, ate them, loved them, will make them again soon,absolutely amazing 😋
Not my photo as ate them quickly when they came out of the oven so too busy eating to take photos.
Update: the leftover ones ate today… they Tate like a Gu chocolate pudding… so conclusion is good hot or cold.
