CAFE REVIEW

on

Today we visited YUMMZY in Greenwich, London. We found it easily and were delighted by the outward appearance. Inside is bright, colourful and airy. There was a good selection of goodies to choose from. When asked the owner was able to list flours and sweeteners used also that they were vegan and gluten free. We ordered the selection shown with coffee. The first was the Kalamata muffin, you could taste the olives and there was a nice amount of saltiness.

Next we tasted the Walnut Cake we both agreed totally on this one YUM!!! Could have eaten the whole piece to myself but had to share. 😒 The elderflower and lemon cake was moist and tasty being able to taste both flavours which went well together… I’d have never thought of that combination… clever. The one biscuit we tried was the millionaires shortbread, the shortbread was nice and crunchy, so often with Keto biscuits they are soft or chewy. So all in all as you can tell by the last photo we enjoyed it ate the lot.

We found the owner helpful and friendly and the cafe is dog friendly so as it’s close to the park I can see a few doggy walks ending at YUMMZY 😜🐶😜

If you are visiting Greenwich well worth visiting… also on sale were Macha and Orange muffins, Chocolate cake, Brownies and for those with a savoury tooth a spinach tart which my partner said they are trying next time.

I give YUMMZY A DEFINITE 5/5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
