NOT JUST A CAMPING SNACK

For our camping trip my partner did these… and they’re much crunchier than ones done in the oven

Recipe:

Place cheese slices of your choice, we use either Emmental or Ghouda, on a piece of baking parchment

At this time you can sprinkle with salt or spice of your choice

Put in microwave and zap on full for approx 1min30secs

Remove from microwave and cut to size and shape you want

Peel off paper and put on cooling rack

Repeat until you have as many as you want
