Just before Easter my partner said “you need to buy new work trousers, those are way too big on you”. So during the holidays I trolled eBay and bought more not wanting to pay too much in case they didn’t fit, they did so I bought a few more pairs.

I am pleased to say that for the first time since BC(before children) I am a size 12. This is amazing since my first child is now 40.

When I started this way of eating I was borderline sizes 16/18. I am so happy I changed my life.
