I saw this recipe on YouTube by Foodie On Keto he has some great recipes on there. The original recipe used Paneer, Indian curd cheese, which is not widely available where I live so I’m using Hallumi, a Greek cheese that I grilled slightly before adding to the curry.

Because Hallumi is a salty cheese be careful how much salt you add, I advise that you taste and add a little at a time.
