Going one step further

Today I used the Yorkshire Pudding recipe to make a British favourite Toad In The Hole. It turned out really good.

I cooked the sausages in the fat in the oven until they were just beginning to turn brown then poured in the batter. I then cooked it for 25 mins but I could have gone a little longer for extra crispiness.

Serve with veggies if your choice.
