This dish is ideal to have with the tahini and turmeric dressing, which you could pour over the meat too
Ingredients
500g minced lamb
1/2 block feta cheese, crumbled
Olive Oil, for cooking
1 red onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
A mix of dried parsley, oregano and basil
Instructions
Form patties with the ground lamb
Season the patties to taste with salt pepper and herb mix
Place the patties in heated oil in a skillet until fully cooked (about 10 minutes), flipping at 5 min
Fry the red onion for two minutes
Sprinkle the feta cheese
Serve with a green or Greek salad
