COFFEE BANANA SMOOTHIE

Got this from “Amazing Smoothies” Facebook page.
I, personally, would substitute the protein powder for powdered egg white and milk/cream powder as I don’t like or trust protein powders.

Coffee Banana Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 frozen banana, peeled and cut into chunks
1 cup of brewed coffee, cooled
1½ cups of crushed ice
1 scoop (1/2 cup) 100% Vanilla-flavored Whey Protein Powder
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
½ teaspoon Chia seeds
1 pack of Stevia (optional)
Mint for garnish (optional)

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
