I have devised this plan for a low carb diet. I have put in links for as many of the recipes I could, so I hope that helps. Hope you get on well with it.

A Few Rules
- No potatoes, bread, or flour
- Drink plenty of water
- Only have a MAXIMUM of 3 cups of coffee a day (hardest one for me)
- Cut out fruit except berries (another hard one)
- Eat 3 meals a day
- No peas, beans/legumes, peanuts
- Watch your portion size…
