Diet Plan Week One

I have devised this plan for a low carb diet. I have put in links for as many of the recipes I could, so I hope that helps. Hope you get on well with it.

A Few Rules

  • No potatoes, bread, or flour
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Only have a MAXIMUM of 3 cups of coffee a day (hardest one for me)
  • Cut out fruit except berries (another hard one)
  • Eat 3 meals a day
  • No peas, beans/legumes, peanuts
