AIP BANANA BREAD

No eggs, No gluten, No nuts, No dairy, No refined sugar
 
 
2 ripe medium bananas, mashed
100g coconut flour
150g Ghee
1-2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla paste
1 tbsp maple syrup/honey (adjust to your personal taste)
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp baking soda
1 large pinch of salt
30g sugar free chocolate chips, Optional
 
Topping
1-2 tsp swerve, Optional
1-2 tsp of all spice
 
 
1. Mix together all ingredients 
2. Place dough on lined baking sheet and press out and shape to a 1cm thick rectangle.
3. Mix together swerve and all spice then sprinkle over banana bread
4. Bake for 20 min – 180° C.
5. Cool on a rack then cut into squares
6. Store in an air tight container
