Really tasty lunchtime snack today. Pepperoni slices and cheesy crisps.
Easy peazy to make.
Heat oven to 200c

Cut emmental slices into smaller squares

Place on lined baking sheet and put in oven for 10-15 mins.

When done transfer,on the greaseproof paper to a cooling rack where they will really crisp up. Store in an airtight container.
