GETTING IN A PICKLE

We love pickled veg and to buy they contain loads of sugar so over the weekend we pickled some baby cucumbers (really cheap at Lidls) and some radishes which turn the liquid a lovely shade of pink. Pondering

I received my Nutribullet yesterday and this morning made some cashew butter, I hate peanut butter smells like a cats corner, but not a clue what to make with it. Might make some Blondies, could do some caramel chocolates mmmm, I’ll have a coffee and decide.

I Give Up

I have decided I am going to give up trying to make LCHF/Paleo/Keto Brownies, no matter how or what I make them with they just don’t cut it. BLONDIES with nut/seed butters work so much better so I’ll stick with them when I want a sweet treat
