I’m experimenting at the moment with Cheesecake. I have used my homemade granola as the biscuit base, which has worked really well. The chocolate cheese cake filling needs a bit more refining though. PALATABLE BUT NOT PERFECT.

Yummy Dinner

Made this last night for dinner. Used basil instead of thyme, only 3/4 tsp. Next time I will use less maple syrup, as was a little sweet, and a little more cayenne, as we prefer a little more heat.
