Need a strict 7 days

Had a really stressful few weeks and I will admit that I spectacularly fell off the wagon so next week I’m doing this meal plan. It’s pretty strict but it will sugar detox me.

With this I’ll be drinking lots of water and, as I could never give up coffee, I’ll restrict it to up to 3 cups of coffee a day.

No recipes as yet to go with it but most dishes are well covered on Pinterest

7 day Keto plan

Monday

Breakfast: 2 Bacon and 2 egg

Snack: Greek yogurt with walnuts

Lunch: 2 chicken drumstick and slaw

Dinner: aubergine lasagne/moussaka

Tuesday

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs and 2 bacon

Snack: green smoothie

Lunch: 2 chicken drumstick with green salad or slaw

Dinner: Beef stroganoff with cauliflower rice

Wednesday

Breakfast: 2 sausage and 1 egg

Snack: iced coffee with cream

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs with salad or slaw

Dinner: 2 baked chicken thighs with herbs or pesto with green vegetables of choice

Thursday

Breakfast: 1 egg and 2 sausage

Snack: Greek yogurt with walnuts

Lunch: Keto chicken dippers with salad or slaw

Dinner: chilli and cauliflower saffron rice

Friday

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs and 2 bacon

Snack: iced coffee with cream

Lunch: chicken dippers with ranch dipping sauce

Dinner: chicken stir fry With konjak noodles

Saturday

Breakfast: 2 eggs and 2 bacon

Snack: 2 pepperami

Lunch: crustless mushroom and feta quiche and slaw

Dinner: chicken curry with cauliflower rice

Sunday

Breakfast: 2 eggs and 2 bacon

Snack: iced coffee with cream

Lunch: crustless mushroom and feta quiche and slaw

Dinner: roast chicken with broccoli and cauliflower
