I saw this on Facebook and made it today


This is how mine turned out… tastes good too… going to have it toasted with some cheese later.

Total carbs: 3g. Net carbs: 2g. Fibre: 1g

I replaced 4 tbsp ground flaxseed and 1 tbsp psyllium powder with 5 tbsp ground mixed seeds (linseed, flax and chia) that I buy from Lidl or Aldi, so fibre is probably a bit higher.
