Sorry its a bit late but I’ve been away for a couple of days so here is week 3 of the diet plan. After our weigh-in on completing week one I had lost 1kg and my partner a much better 3kg. I’m not going for the quick solution of rapid weight loss, which nearly always results in a just as rapid weight gain, but more a changing the way you eat and a slow steady weight loss.
On this third week you have more choice in what you eat and feel free at this point to swap out any lunches or dinners for ones from previous weeks that you may have liked.
