I really love smoothies and if, like me, you occasionally use them as meal replacements you want them to fill you up. As I have said before I neither like or trust protein powders so I tend to use these two items that I have pictured them below. These two beauties can be purchased at Lidl Supermarkets for between £1 and £2. Both are naturally full of protein plus countless other healthy things, I always put a 1-2tsp of each in my smoothies and because they are already ground they mix in really well.
