This is so easy to make and tastes great, I tasted a friends. You can also use it as a cream substitute.
1 can full fat coconut milk (unsweetened)
2 scoops (approx 2 grams) Probiotc Powder

Empty contents of can into a jug or bowl and stir until smooth
Sprinkle in the probiotic powder and mix well
Pour into a clean glass jar cover with a muslin cloth or a clean tea towel and hold fast with an elastic band.
Leave out on the work surface for 24 hours to let bacteria do its magic.
Then put into fridge and use within 3 days.
You can add fruit compote, maple syrup, honey fresh fruit or berries when you serve it.
I stirred mine in the jug and slopped it about a bit thats why suggest doing it in a bowl or jug. Next time i’ll also use a smaller jar too.
