For a bit of variety or to mix with the pepperoni crisps or if you just don't like pepperoni here's a bacon variation, and who doesn't like bacon
6 rashers of bacon
Cut bacon rashers into rough 2" squares(4cm), spread on a lined baking sheet
Bake in the oven @ 200c for 20 mins until crisp
Cool on a rack and resist eating them while they're cooling.
Eat on their own as a snack or have with a dip
