Hi, my name is Julie, I started This way of eating in October 2015 as I had dangerously high blood pressure and an obvious sugar addiction, eating between 40 and 60 teaspoons a day. I want to provide a place where I can share experiences, recipes and tips for success. Most other blogs tend to be from the US or Australia so products are totally different, often different names, so I thought a UK based blog eould be good. I am not going to preach as I have fallen off the wagon and got back on a few times and know how hard it can be so good luck and happy healthy eating.
